Dollmore has always had a good selection of jewelry. They even carry those itsy bitsy doll-sized rings that are often hard to come by. The quality sometimes isn't what you hoped for, but the prices are so low you can't really complain.
The prices start from $1.00, and the quality isn't that bad.
The ever so brilliant Tata's Paradise carries 'cigaryn' made jewelry items, that the nice quality for the nice price.
I recently fell in love with their new line of earrings, there's quite many to choose from, and they're only $1.50 a piece!
Unfortunately Tata's items are known to sell out super quick, and therefore if you see something you want and it's in stock it's best to grab it then and there or the next time it may be too late.As always, I've tried including 'in stock' items only, so if there's something you like there's a chance it's still available. ^_^
There's only a few more pieces I'm going to mention for this time, even though there certainly would be enough material to write a book about.
By searching "bjd jewelry" or similar on Etsy you can find true treasures! Some of these items are bang on trend and while the price is often higher than in an high street store, these are often OOAK or very limited quantity items.
